The Managing Director is a transformational executive leader and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD ) with more than 20 years of experience in driving digital transformation, enterprise growth, and operational excellence across the public sector, telecommunications, and global consulting environments.

In his current role as Executive Director of Project Management and Infrastructure Services at the Victorian Government, Australia , he has successfully expanded the organisation from $180 million to $230 million by introducing innovative digital services, establishing a Cloud Centre of Excellence, and leading critical infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives that support the Victorian Government’s digital agenda. His leadership focuses on building secure, resilient, and scalable technology platforms that enable effective whole-of-government service delivery. He is known as a values-based, collaborative, and purpose-driven leader with a strong record of driving cultural transformation, workforce engagement, and customer-centric innovation.

His experience includes leading enterprise architecture modernisation , cybersecurity uplift programs, and organisation-wide service delivery reforms, ensuring that technology strategies are aligned with broader organisational and government objectives. Earlier in his career, he held Senior Executive Director roles at *Accenture and Telstra , where he led complex, multi-year digital transformation programs across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region . He is widely recognised for delivering large-scale change, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and translating strategic vision into measurable outcomes.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , a Master’s degree in Information Systems , a Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) specialising in Cybersecurity , Cloud Computing, and Data Science , and a Master’s degree in Project Management (IT Infrastructure). He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), combining deep technical expertise with strong governance and leadership capabilities.
